Turning Process into Progress

In 2013, Goodworks recognized that back-office processes were costing businesses lost revenue and overextending staff with detailed work. We had a vision to help agencies standardize, centralize and optimize people-dependent process to recapture revenue and reduce the load on the back office team. Over the past decade, we’ve helped some of the largest national home healthcare agencies increase revenue, decrease costs, and innovate their back-office operations.
